About Foster Plumbing

Carter joined Foster Plumbing in 2019. His responsibilities encompass company-wide operations and efficiency, as well as providing support for estimating, pre-construction, project management, and contractor relations. Additionally, Carter assists in fulfilling government/city plumbing supply and construction contracts. With a Master Plumber license and a dedication to optimizing our processes and systems, Carter ensures seamless coordination and execution of successful projects.

Dan is a Colorado native with 25+ years of sales/marketing and management experience, most recently in construction labor staffing.  He is proficient in account development, consulting, and customer service.

Jared is the first point of contact for any new plumbing construction.  He is capable of performing scope review for any type of project ranging from budgetary pricing to contracted permitted work.  He is also the preconstruction coordinator for assisting clients in satisfying their expectations and goals.

Shane is a Licensed Journeyman Plumber with more than 10 years of hands-on plumbing experience on countless large plumbing projects. He has brought his energy, enthusiasm, and dedication to customer service to Foster Plumbing. His ability to balance quality work with clients’ budgets and prioritize creative problem-solving and efficiency has made him an asset to our team.

As our Large Projects Manager, Shane skillfully drives projects toward their ultimate goal of wrapping up on time and on budget without compromising quality. He has the knowledge and planning capability to implement and monitor your projects from start to finish.

Marcel joined Foster Plumbing in 2024 with 7 years of experience working in construction on the GC side. Through working on projects that include Healthcare, Commercial, Mixed-Use, and Public works, Marcel has gained experience working in a fast-moving environment where providing a quality product is imperative. He has brought his enthusiasm and willingness to learn to the Foster team. As our Large Projects Assistant Manager, Marcel assists Shane with the planning and budgeting to ensure our projects are completed with the utmost client satisfaction.

Robert has been working in the plumbing trade for over 38 years and has been a Colorado Master plumber since 2000. Robert has taught plumbing, carpentry and electrical trades for 15 years.

State of Colorado CTE license 2008. NCCER Instructor 1999 to2011. HBI certified Instructor 2008 to 2022. CITC Plumbing instructor for 11years and was a Home Building Academy Boot Camp instructor for 5 years.

Kyle is a Licensed Journeyman Plumber with over 10 years of hands-on plumbing experience. Throughout his career, he has worked on a wide range of plumbing projects and solved challenging plumbing problems. He’s known for his outstanding customer service that turns new customers into long-term customers. He embodies Foster Plumbing’s dedication to being a dependable client partner for you.

Drawing from 20 years of plumbing experience and education while earning my mechanical engineering degree, I use critical thinking and problem solving to address daily complications on multiple projects.

Lauren is the point of contact for our accounting and invoicing department. Lauren is experienced in overseeing day-to-day operations, managing administrative tasks, and fostering a positive workplace culture. She is committed to providing efficient and effective communication for both our team and our clients.
